Does anyone have a good source for having a custom knife maker's stamp made? I've found a few but they are somewhat expensive for my budget. Sorry, I'm not interested in stencils and such - electronic-etching. Thanks.

The cheapest I have found is from uncle al (www.riversidemachine.net), he has one for $70 I think. It is a 1/2" stamp with up to 12 characters. You can also get a fixture to hold the stamp & blade but it is extra. Hope this helps you out.
