My photos arrived... Frame handle hunter
I suppose it's a knifemaker rite of passage of sorts, getting to the point where having someone like Coop shoot a photo is a good investment. Some of you guys may remember the frame handle hunter I finished just after Christmas. The knife has a CM154 blade, plum browned mild steel frame and guard, fileworked 410 liners, and Sambar. The sheath is my work as well.
I did a fairly extensive WIP thread on this knife in the Bladeforums Shop Talk forum. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/sh...ame+handle+WIP Here's what it looks like through Coop's lens. And another view... Last edited by Jason Fry; 01-29-2014 at 10:49 PM. |

Right O Daddy-O! That is a worthy knife. Very nice work, Jason. You set the bar high.
