Very nice. He has improved the piece.

If the pocketknife be mine, sure that he would engraved the sheet ( blade ) to go with the set of the piece.
Thanks to show.

Very nice! Actually. when the first pic popped up, the engraving, to my tired eyes, looked like two cobras entwined in a death dance. Should try that one out.

I'm trying to get caught up on orders & you know how that is. I've been trying to spend as much time as I can drawing and always looking at the work you guys put out for inspiration. Looks like cobras to me too! Good job Dwayne.

I really don't have a clue (other than descriptions) of how this is done, and I know that the one inch a day is for practice but, how long does it take to do one inch. I know at first it may take a while but after that, does your speed increase? I like the concept of doing a little everyday to get better. We can apply that to grinding or file work or any number of things.

Thanks for the kind comments guys, As far as an inch a day that Jim talks about, I like the idea & swore to myself I was going to do it but Life won't let me yet. These bolsters took me about 45 minutes each just for the cutting but I feel sure that an experienced engraver could do the same in a fraction of the time but I'm working on it Dwayne
