Question Canoe kit knife

Im new to knife network. Retired & as a hobby I like to build the pocketknife kits. One in particular is the Canoe. I ordered this kit a few years ago but lost track of the company. Can anyone tell me of a knife supplier that sell these kits.

Thanks
Jeff Munson

Welcome aboard Jeff...
I think you mean that the style of the knife is a canoe style slip joint,,,two opposing blades, one a smaller pen style blade and the other a big broad spear point? And the shape of the bolsters make the knife resemble a canoe when it is lying on it's back? I can't think of anyone myself who has a canoe style kit. The canoe shape is a classic and made famous primarily by Case. I think they still make one, and I think Boker has a canoe style still, I think it's called the King Cutter ....but as far as a kit.......Maybe you should suggest that to Daryl and Alex....I would enjoy building a couple of canoes myself. Very reminiscent of the early boy scout folders. I'll go on a hunt myself, and if I find anything I'll let you know. Again welcome aboard.

That certainly is a great classic folder.
It may be a good knife to add to the list of whats next.

I'm in for the Elephant Toenail kit. I just read about them in an old issue of Knife World(I think), that would be a handy little EDC.

This is the canoe:

and this is the elephant toenail or sunfish pattern:

Both would make great kits if available.

I would much rather see a return of the EVN4 . I did three of these , and would like to do some more . one of these is my EDC . Just the right size . Just my two cents worth .
