I had a scrap of damascus

I had a scrap of damascus left over so I started grinding on it, and this is what happened.
About 3 1/4 in. long "survival knife". Although I wouldn't want it to be the only option in a survival situation it might be useful.
Alabama damascus steel, it will have small scales covering the little holes and a lanyard on the big hole.
Its not heat treated yet I'll wait till I have a couple more to do at the same time.

It has character and it might be useful if you get attacked by leprechauns ...

Haha I like that. I wasn't really intending for it to save my bacon.... I got "real" knives for that.

I think that will make a good little necker. Use it for anything you'd use a small pocketknife for.

Here it is, etched and sharpened. Alumilite and elm burl "scales" paracord lanyard .243 winchester case bead and 22 short cases for cord ends.
Lousy picture I'll get a better one when I get the sheath done.
