Loveless Style NY Special Folder

I have completed the first prototype for my Loveless Style NY Special made into a liner lock folder. Future versions will have an ambi-thumb disk on top of the blade or something less obtrusive so I won't have to cut into the handles and ruin the lines of the knife. I plan on making a fixed/DA folder set for the Blade Show with matching stainless Damascus blades, hot blued Eggerling Damascus bolsters and Mother of Pearl handles.

Wow Bob, you're really getting good at folders. That's a fine looking knife.

Looking great! You went from no folders to great folders, when did the learning curve happen?

Always liked your work, except your picture taking, I really hate that.

Timeless

Great looking knife.

I can not even imagine the knife in damascus and MOP.
It will be truly extraordinary.

What did you do with those liners?
Engine turn and anodize?

Sweet, Dog!

I just want to know when you find the time? Dude, if I could get all the work done that you seem to, I'd be a billionaire or something, I'm sure of it!

How much are those bad boy's going for?

Now we know why the dogman has been quiet; nothing to do with work at all, he's been engaged on secret folder projects!

Nice looking folder Bob, I like the lines.

But no more teasing us with promises of things to come; just show us the new knives!

Re: WOW!

Thanks for the comments. I am happy with the direction this knife is going to go. After I get the design worked out the way I want it, I will only make these on a limited scale with high end materials. I am also consider only doing them as switches.
The blade length will be 3-1/2" and the OAL will be 8". This one is 3-3/4" blade and 8-1/2" OAL. The liners are anodized and jeweled. I took some quickie pics so you can't see the liners that well. I have another new folder design that just plain rocks. First ones will be at the Blae Show.

BTW, this is my 5th folder.
