To my old eyes it looks like the same person hand wrote the "RANDALL MADE KNIVES - ORANDO, FLA." under the knife. So I'm guessing that this is one of the missing ten miniatures that were made by Bo Randall which the original poster of this thread, Ta2bill referred to.
It would appear Bo crafted these blades for various RMK dealers.
Hopefully others with more information will help out.
