Evening Kevin, don't get over here very often so kind of lucky I caught you message. Tickled your liking the knife. I'm doing great, busy as ever but I guess that's a good thing. Actually have a daughter living in Sitka full time and a daughter and Son-in-law who are seasonal in Sitka, he Captains a charter fishing boat in the summer. They live here in MT in the winter.

I ask bout everybody I know from AK, got access to any good handle materials? Buying ivory, oosik and such from the retail places is plumb scary.

Hello Doug, Just joined here. Doing some research on how to get started making some knives for a hobby. Saw you on here and wanted to say howdy and ask about a websight for you. You made me a knife and used a hunk of walrus ivory i sent ya a few years ago up here in Alaska. Love that knife and carry with me when I'm Deer hunting on Kodiak or Moose hunting here at the house. How ya been?
