Description: This beautiful yet functional knife was custom crafted by self-taught knifemaker, Kazutoshi Tanabe, for his international debut at the 31st Annual New York Custom Knife Show in 2008. Tanabe started making knives in 2002, and his first knife show was the Seki Outdoor Knife Show in 2005. At the 2006 Seki Outdoor Knife Show, all of his knives were sold out just 30 minutes into the show. It was a brilliant achievement for a new face. He attended the Kuzan Blade Show in Tokyo in 2007 and won high praise for his work again. The year 2008 was remarkable for his career. It was not just his first year to be a fulltime custom knife maker, but also the beginning of being an international custom knife maker. With the slogan, "The only one knife in the world", you can be assured you are getting a true one-of-a-kind custom knife.

This knife is one of our favorite Tanabe creations. At 9.25 inches and 5.7 ounces it fits nicely in the hand and feels perfectly balanced. Don't miss out on a chance at a great investment from this up and coming superstar.
