Cool Handle material?

Just wondered if anyone has used or tried using catlinite (pipestone) as a handle material...supposedly it works similar to composites but not sure i've ever seen any on a knife. Thought it might be a nice change of pace...any ideas?

Pipestone is fragile,it will break if dropped onto a wood floor. it works much like soapstone, and not the plastic composites. if you are going to place the finished knife in a display box or on a shelf as a curiosity pipestone would be different, but not as a work knife.
