Latest Bowie

This bad boy is forged from 1084. The hardware is nickel silver, and the handle is stabilized redwood burl. Blade length is 10-1/2". Blade width is 1-3/4". The clip is approximately 5-3/4" long.

It's difficult to tell the size of the knife in the picture above. Here's a shot of the blade prior to assembly which gives a better idea of its size. The lower knife is one of my standard hunters.

Terry, that is a very smart looking Bowie. I think the first picture I saw of a Primos knife was someone on rec.knives bragging about a Bowie....
I think I need a Primos knife soon

Bob, no need to stop making knives......time you made some Bowies as well! Must be the only major style we haven't seen from you yet.

Oh wow...

I stand corrected. I thought your tactical was my favorite thing out of your shop. Now, I'm not so sure.

That will downright scare everything else away from a cutting competition!!!

Re: Oh wow...

I just had my Primos Bowie to arrive last week (a smaller model), an I MUST say, it is so impressive in quality and shape. You won't be disappinted with Terry's knives, let me tell, ya'.This particular one is outstanding!!!

Way to go, Terry! That photo is as beautiful as is the knife. Man!

WOW !!!! Now that's a knife. It's a real beauty, Terry. It would be a So. Texas Hog hunters dream. Wish I could make 'um like that.

And your photo ain't bad either. Know where there is a contest you could enter.

Very nice, both of them!

In fact, you should sell them as a set - you know, same materials, etc...
