Can anyone ID this Knife?
Bought some stuff from an estate sale and this was in the box. Can anyone tell me anything about it? It has the name Terry with an arrow under the name etched on the knife.

My best guess is a ROMO knife made in Solingen Germany. I say that as they use that same type of arrow with the name superimposed with it. On a knife I have the arrow can be clearly seen, but the ROMO is faded, almost gone. I know of some unscrupulous collectors will take an engraver and enhance the symbols after running the blade on a buffer too much and wearing off the name and Country of origin.
I may be wrong though... |
