I fixed the blade profile, got all 3 marks at same level open,half and closed. Added nail nick ( not so pretty but I ll correct it some after HT) Just need to send it off to HT now. I used a slot cutter on my drill press with a cross vice to make my lock liners. Couldnt I use a dovetail cutter same way to cut nail nick ? Just move slow. Mine is going to be no washers either..just G10.
