Thanks Frank! Earlier I mentioned an idea I had that was hard to explain - That was it! I was planning to use a piece of 'U' channel surface ground inside and out to insure squareness. I'm excited to hear that you are using a jig like this and it's working.
You guys have given me so many great methods to use. I'm really glad I asked!
