My 12th knife

This is my 12th knife.3" blade,7"oal.Blade is 1095,copper bolster and butt cap, ebony spacers. The handle is a leg bone from my first white tail.I wanted it to look kinda old so I blued it with boiled sumac, then before it set up buffed it off unevenly with steel wool. http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=9">">

That is a nice knife! The grind catches your eye and leads it to the tip. An interesting concept.

Hey Stan. You're coming right along! Good to have you hanging with us. I just realized that you're "REBOS" on another forum. That's an interesting grind -- disk sander?

Thanks everyone for the kind words.Yes Primos,I did this knife on a 5" delta disc sander with one speed,,TOO FAST,and no reverse so when grinding one side of the blade I got all the sparks shooting right in my face. This is the second knife i've done with this kind of grind,if you like I can post a pic of it, Also I am rebos on a another forum,I couldn't get the same name here.
