if you're going to do a 1x42, might as well make wheels to use 2x42 belts at the same time. A bit more flexibility.

Guys thanks for the replies! I already have the Kalamazoo 1x42, I just need one with more power and more flexibility.

Also, I would be more than willing to pay a premium price for one!
