A gift for the Wife
I built this set of chefs knives for her. Lord know she has put up with a ton of knifemaking crap
A 4.5" blade and 7.5" blade handled in green canvas micarta w/red spacers Crucible 154 cm 1/8" stock HT at Jasons shop Right hand chisel grind very thin edge very very sharp I plan to start excepting orders after the first of the year, I am sending a set to my mom and hopefully my father can come up with a really cool block ( he has a great wood shop and loves to do stuff like this ) Merry Christmas everyone

Down right beautiful man. Those are some awesomely clean grind lines. Just an over all beauty of a set. Looks like production quality knives that your favorite food network star would use.
