A knife for my wife

Hi, This is my second knife, it originally had an o1 blade but she liked the blade on my fourth so I'm in the process of changing it out.
Specs:
.063 anodized titanium liners
.100 polished thunder forge twist pattern #1
3 metal mokume bolsters
emerald green dymondwood scales
brass spacer with my attempt at a vine out of a vase filework
anodized with cz thumbstud
3" blade 7" oal
critique welcome, Dave

Dave,
I just don't know what to say. That's awesome.

Dave,
I'm stunned, and going to set fire to my shop. The only critique I have is Dymondwood? I have to admit it looks nice on the knife.

Ben, Thank you

Will, Thank you. After seeing your edc, I certainly wouldn't set fire to your shop. I knew I would hear about the dymondwood! My wife could've had anything she wanted and she picked this out, she thinks they're real purdy and that's all that counts.

dave -
very nice job, except...
show your wife what dyed/stabilized burl looks like here and i'll bet that you can get those dymondwood scales off easily

If she's stuck on green, why not jade? A craftsman with your obvious skills should have no problem with that. It's just a shame to see D-wood on something that nicely made.

Dave,
that is an awsome knife. I really like the vine in vase filework.

Wayne, Crex, Greywolff, Thank You

Wayne, I did show her the dyed burl but no luck, I received my first order from WSSI on Thursday and can't wait to start a new knife so I can use some. Great wood / prices and very nice people

Crex, I would love to try jade, I'll have to do some research to see what's involved to work it, I have limited tools

Greywolff, This was my first attempt at the vine and thorn pattern, with a lot of practice I hope to one day come close to the filework artistry of Dwayne Dushane
