Veteran model wish

Looking at the Model 14 Vietnam Veteran, and how popular it was, I wonder if Randall would ever consider making a limited WW2 Veteran model 1 ! . That would be sweet!

I think those would sell like hotcakes! Would you vote for the C1943 style with the wrist thong loop or the C1945 style with the "hump" in the blade?

The shop is back ordered 4 years. If it ever happens, it will be a while. They have been know to take on some special orders such a Joe Dorsky's "Recon" (sweet knife!).

Randall Recon

Yes, the Randall Recon is a sweet knive. Steve Peters takes much better PICs than I so I will show his PIC of a Recon rather than my own. Hmmmmm...let's see if an old dog can learn a new photo posting trick here????

Marc,
...Yes, it is very much like the SOG Recon Bowie. I think it would be most correct to say that the SOG Recon Bowie was modeled after a Randall Model 3-7 but with double hilt, black coated blade and sharpened topside of the blade.

I should have known! The SOG was a Japan made blade , it figures that it would have been modeled after a Randall Mod.3!
