A little more progress on twist bowie

Hey gang!

I've only had a few hours of shop time since Sandy's 96 year old mom started her downward trend. She's fallen twice in as many weeks and is currently in rehab. LOTS of miles on the car going back and forth to Denver - gosh, I hate that city! Can't wait to get out of this idiotic state!

Anyway, I've made some progress on that damascus bowie I posted about 60 months ago and have a couple of photos to share. I've to got heat treat yet and still shape the guard (also damascus twist, like the guard and spacer). I really like that amber dyed stag from Culpepper.

Thanks,
Dana

Dana, That bowie is awesome. Very well done my friend. We are going to miss you at Steve's this year. But family does come first. Take care of Sandy and her mom.

God Bless
Bing

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.
