Hi Chris.

I prefer to send paper, since it's a little harder to distribute to others for free that way. No reflection on you, friend, just a little general precaution.

I'm about to see what it will cost to mail it to you.

Thanks. I'll let you know how it ships.

Hi Don,
It Actually Costs You Nothing !! To Email a Design. I Noticed That You Send It In PDF format, I'm a AutoCad Specialist !! Been Working in AutoCad Since Version 1.1 I think 1981

And Sending Paper Means NOTHING, You Can Scan these Pages and Save in Any Format to Trace. ??, and Any Body can Print any Documents, !! That is if They are Not Honest.!!

Just Check Your Second Page, The Assembly, It Comes Out as 16 Pages, and are split into 15 & 16 for the Assembly.

And Like I said in My PM, This Is For ME ONLY !!!

But Thank You Again For The Info.

Yes, I know that, Chris. However, few people would know how to scan it into anything that makes it usable. No matter what I do, someone will find a way to pirate it.

Is the assembly drawing legible and usable? If not, I'll redo it. Somehow when I converted to .pdf it messed it up.

I spent years using AutoCad and a few other very expensive CAD programs. Designing very large, complicated progressive stamping dies among other tools and gages.

Hi Don,
I Started om my Button Lock, Your Button, What is the Lenght of the .125dia ?
It Doesn't show on your Drawing. I assume That I must Allow for the Blade Thickness as well as the 2 washers?

The undercut should be the blade thickness plus around .010", Chris.

I wouldn't make the washers that big. They might interfere with the button.

Strange, I never noticed the missing dimension. I must have accidentally erased it when I made the last revision. No one else has ever mentioned it.

Thanks.

Chris, can you post some of your WIP?

And of course, photos of the finished knife, please.
