There are tap holding tools that you use with your drill press but turn by hand. I use mostly 0 X 80 screws and use the taps untill they are worn out, meaning they either won't cut or cut under size. I don,t see a particular name for them. They sell for abpot $15. Of course this set up gives you the perfect angle. Frank

Hey Tiktock, we both live in the same neck of the woods. If you need any assistance with making a folder, my door is always open. I don't think you'll have many problems. In your very short knifemaking career, you have come a long way. Your straight knives are very nice.
