A Small Bushcraft Knife

This is a knife I made for Canadian Knifemaker's Spring KITH. It's from 5/32" CPM154 and measures in at 8.875". It's my first real attempt at a Scandi and I can say it's not perfect, but miles from where I was a year ago. Scales are Maple and mosaics are by Frank Jacob's.

Thanks for looking,

Dan

Looks good man! my only complaint is that the edge isn't polished enough. However this isn't a big deal cause a polish would go away with use.

By the way, your handles are always works of art. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for your comments. I was thinking that too. I took it to 120 on the belt grinder and a fresh 120 bites a lot.

I guess it does look at bit unfinished. As it gets a sharpening, that should polish out. Will do so very carefully so as I don't want to ruin the "crispness" of the grind line if you know what I mean.
