Here is another , 1095 , Elk horn scales , Lovelass fasteners , LOTS , I think too much, filework. I feel it looks kind of gaudy. The filework makes it feel secure in the hand.I am enjoying taking the pictures too. I was showing off #1 to my friends/coworkers and one guy said " build me three with horn handles " I'm like a fat kid in a candy store. I'll be posting pics of the " Three Elkskineers " when they are done. I am totally hooked.

Awsome knife! The file work frames the elk antler real nice. I don't think it is over the top, if we are going to have marketable knives we have to make something that can't be bought at the local china-mart. Too many knives out there are just copies of someone else's, be crazy and be original.

Yeah man....I've never seen another knife like that one. I think it looks really cool actually. The filework is amazing on this one.
I understand you havent been making knives for very long right? If thats so, you're doing a phenomenal job. Those grind lines and filework are top notch. Nice work. __________________ ....a nozh scrap any time you say |

Looks excellent for an "early knife." Wish my early knives would have loked half as good. You'll feel at home in the Display case. Newbie, or experienced, you'll get good feedback - the constructive kind. Jason.
