Spectacular ------ words fail me.
I doubt there'll be any pressure to remove or move this post -- thanks for three new "wallpaper" additions. Mike __________________ Trying to become the kind of man my dog thinks I am http://www.fototime.com/ftweb/bin/ft...E4E363B}&tio=0 |

Holy Guacamole! Those are some really fine knives! Of course, I know Sfreddo's work, and expected this from him. I only hope that I can scrape up enough money for one of them in the next 3 weeks.

Well I know most of the knives he is showing in Arkansas are orders, and are therefore not for sale. So he will only have a few pieces to sell meaning you will have better chances if you find his table really early when the show opens.

They are all beautiful, but the first one really floats my boat.

That bowie ROCKS! The hunters are pretty sweet too. Thanks for sharing the pics.

That bowie acctualy is one of the most original pieces I have ever seen. It is a simple design, yet it is very apealing. The fittings are stainless, but with little filework and you get lots of extra points. The handle is plain ebony with silver wire inlay. What really rocks about this knife is the theme. Venice carnival. If you could see the opposite side of the handle there is another mask inlayed on it. Very nice idea, in a simple traditional design. The pattern on the blade itself does not need any comments, does it?

As I have said in the past, these Brazilian bladesmiths are good!

No, I won't be going to the Arkansas show. I am hoping to make it to Blade or the SOS show. It would be great to live in the mid-south US. I woould go to half a dozen or more shows a year. Unfortunately I live in Canada and it is a long way to go to get to most of the shows that I would like to get to.

By the way, I emailed Luciano Dorneles with some questions about a month ago. He has not gotten back to me. Could you please check and see if he got the email? Thanks.

I have just called him and he will get back to you in a few days
Well if you can't make it to all of them, then Atlanta would be my choice as well |
