Steve, If I may ask. How long is the guard on this model? You stated in another thread the guard on the Big Bear is 3 1/2". Thanks

The guard is 3" long. (Well, technically, it is 2 15/16", but I'm sure it stared out at 3").
Blade length is 6 5/8" and the handle is 5 1/8"

Amazing, I love the rear bolster. Is the subhilt 5/16 and the guard 3/8?

I'm OK, but I've given up knifemaking. Too old and decrepit to get around the shop any more. I'm selling all my equipment.
