Same to you Moose! and to help warm the Meese's hoofs, here's a recipe for ya:

Cranberry sauce:

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
3 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
4 cups cranberries
1/2 orange
1/4 cup cognac

cook water & sugar to boil
boil 3 minutes
put in ingredients
low heat till cranberries pop
add cognac

Note: If many mooses are present- double the cognac

More stuffing?

YIKES! It sounds like you guys won't be eating again until December.

Make sure that you don't accept any offers for a chocolate mint, even if it is wafer thin...
(For those who haven't seen Monty Python's "The Meaning of Life" and don't get the significance, perhaps it's just as well.)

Anyway, it appears that a good time was had by all (sort of).

Cheers!

Moosehead

P.S. Canadians always celebrate Thanksgiving on the second Monday of October even if it rains.
