Congrats to Tom!

Great score! The knife should be a winner!

By the way 1gunner is also known as gunner-n-deuce on the bay.

I'm sure the Captain just wanted to confuse me with his post announcing the winner.

Cheers!

David

My congratulations as well, Tom. Looks like "lightning struck twice"! You must feel a bit like a 2X lotto winner

BoBlade thanks for posting that 7-5 as I still haven't figured out how to.This knife is even better when I admire it in the hand. A great feel as well as complimenting brass, black and cocobolo. My thanks to the Captain who led the build and to all that helped bring this build to fruition. I am one lucky dude to have won twice. This will go into my collection,it's the only model 7 I own. Ya'll know I'm a sucker for the Bowles stuff, the model 4s and pretty much anything in ironwood. Tom#3081

A great looking Randall, Tom!

It's a very sleek seven, and certainly worth the look.

Thanks for sharing it with us.

Cheers!

David

Tom,

What a Great looking knife! I have just a few #7's and Really like them. One is an older "Yellow Boy", and the other is a very new AGM.

A month before Tom Clinton passed away, I was talking with him on the telephone, lamenting the fact that no more knives were going to be made out of AGM, and I wished that I had ordered one. Their was a little pause on his end and then he said, "I just got a #7-4 in, with AGM , Do you want it"? I about fell out of my chair! He then said "I'll send it to you, and if you like it, keep it, if you don't like it, send it back"!

I received it a few days later, fully dressed out, and now that Tom has passed onward and upward, it means all the more to me.

Tom, since we all chipped in building this knife, ( Wow, and a Very Beautiful one at that), I bet that you will cherish it, as much as I know I will cherish the #7 that I received from Mr. Tom Clinton.

Your Friend,
Kent B. Warnberg

Kent, yours is a special heartwarming story. I cherish the builds that I participated in very much. The 4-6 and the 7-5 that I won are very humbling to me. I realize that I am in very honorable company with the Randall community and I treasure the experience. Tom Clinton was very special,RIP. Tom #3081
