Last of the Christmas orders

Well I finally finished all of the X-mas orders up , thought I would show them to you.
First : Set of hunters , big 3/16" 440C 8" OAL , blasted finish , Axis bolsters and stabilized redwood with mosaic and NS pins. Small 1/8" Damasteel SS 5" OAL Redwood bolster and Axis handle with mosaic and NS pins , some filework on each for thumb traction. Ordered for a guy's wife , so I put her name on the spine. She really is a hunting fanatic , I think she'll love them.

Second: 3/16" 440C 8" OAL , NS and dovetailed bolsters and NS pins , (terrible) some wood handles I think I have CRS Syndrom. Blasted finish, full fileworked blade spine . tooled leather sheath.

Third: 3/16" 440C 8" OAL , brass dovetailed bolsters and brass pins , bubbinga handles ( I think the only reason I can remember that one is because it sounds cool " bubinga " ) tooled leather sheath.

Thanks for looking and Merry Christmas to all.

Dwane

Great work Dwane! As I have come to expect from you, your knives, they make me think of points west--I'm not sure why. So many makers shy away from brass and you use it freely. I like that. I just stepped in from putting brass pins in one that's been on the bench for an eternity.

Great stuff brother! Merry Christmas my friend!

Great work. I agree with Andy about the western feel your knives have. Awesome, awesome job.

Thanks fellas , I just love the feel of brass , its warmer than other non-ferrous metals. It looks old-timey if thats the right word.

Happy Holidays

Dwane
