Makers Mark

i've come up with a couple of different designs for my mark on my knives..... but i need some help figuring out what size it / they should be.. how did / do ya'll decide on this?

Steve,
I just planned my stencil around my most common knife and then took into consideration how it would look on the larger bowies that I have done. I still need to get a smaller on for the smaller knives though.

I did the same as Mike and determined that I needed two sizes, one for folders, and one for larger fixed blades. The company that made the logo for me , Marking Methods, didn't charge much for the additional size....
