spacer question GX6
I am in the process of my first kit- a Gx6. Quick question I couldn't find clearly answered elsewhere- should i glue/epoxy my party plate spacers to the scales prior to screwing the scales to the liners? Should I install the spacers without glue/epoxy? What kind of glue would you recommend? Should the glue/epoxy cover the entire surface of the spacer? Thanks for the help.

Hi darrin,
Yeah, I use superglue. You have to work quickly, but it's thin and works well for me. I cover the face of the plate and press it on, and then I use my vise to clamp it, although anything heavy should do it. Definitely super glue...Epoxy sometimes does not adhere well to the party plate plastic, I have had them fall right off depending on what type of plastic the plate is made from or finished with.
