Those are just standard socket head and Allen head bolts, they come in all kinds of head shapes and the knives I saw on ESEE 4 had several different types so I'm not sure which ones you are particularly interested in but it doesn't matter. Depending on where you live (fill out your profile and then we'll know) you might have a fastener shop (look in the Yellow pages under Fasteners) but even if not you will have a hardware store. Even a hardware store will have some types of socket head screws.
Also, MSC (industrial supply) has virtually every type of screw and bolt you could want and some of the knife maker supply places carry a few types..... |

I assume you mean alternative suppliers and I don't know of any. I doubt there are any, really, since Corbys are made specifically for cutlery use whereas the screws PKC was asking about are general purpose items.
You can often get a very good price on Loveless bolts, assuming price is the reason you ask about Corbys. I know lots of guys whine about the looks of Loveless bolts compared to Corbys but I figure if they're good enough for $1000 Loveless Hunters then they're good enough for me. Besides, they are much, much easier to use than Corbys.. I haven't bought any in a while but if you decide you want some check with Sheffields on them. In the past, Sheffield's price on Loveless bolts has been about half of everyone else's ... |

Knifemakers usually use button head Torx screws, available from any knife Supply.

Go to McMaster Carr. They have every kind of fastener you may want at a cheaper price than a knife supply place.
