Rise and Fall indicator

I obtained the material to make a rise and fall indicator but I dont know any details or dimensions . Any plans out there ?

Here's a little different configuration made by Bill Vining, with enough measurements given to figure out the rest - I think this is essentially the same as the Ruple design: http://bkgtools.medawebs.com/ - note the instruction manual link - worth downloading. I think Bill has stopped making these though.

I've made a few of these for other knifemakers in addition to mine. If Frank doesn't want to sell them any longer, I might be talked into making one.
