Mystery

Just got my computer back from repair and thought I would post a couple of pics.
This one is just over 13" Forged 5160 with mystery wood handle...Both Joe Keesler and B.R Hughs said it could be coco bolo or rose wood.....Red liners and NS pins.
Let me know what you think...Good or bad.

beautiful knife,i got some rosewood that looks identical so my guess is rose wood

I like the semi roach-belly design. Way more sophisticated than a frontier type knife. Excellent!

Thanks for all the nice comments guys.
No sheath for this one, but it's on the to do list.
I wouldn't use this one for any heavy chopping.....It's a little light for that.......Very fast and sharp. Oh yeah it's pointy too! (found that out the hard way)

May be mistaken but I thought cocobolo is a rosewood..
