Bob,

What a first lesson! I thank you so very much, and must say this certainly is a generous group.

Hi, this forum thing is new for me, so I hope Im writing in the correct place.

I have a suggestion, request......

Why not start a thread, or new section that is specifically for people interested in thermo forming kydex/concealex , etc.

I've started doing this with the help of tools of knifekits, and Ive also already built some of my own tools, and learned a few things by doing.

The one big thing thats great, thats gotta be said straight off is this:
Thank GOD Kydex will reheat, and let you reshape! How many things give you the opportunity to make mistakes and start over when you release you've gone down a wrong path!

Look forward to a Kydex or Thermoforming section.
Best, David

Hey Les,

Good to see you here. How about posting pictures of your forge in the tool time forum?

There is a LOT of info here, enjoy.

Bob
