I used to be a die-hard KI guy. I loved all the shop tours and such and the photo layouts and content always seemed better to me than Blade. Everything seemed to shift slowly over the course of a year or so, and I found myself buying Blade much more often than KI. Now I pretty much am stuck on Blade. I like both, but just prefer Blade. KI just seems a bit repetitive in their articles these days, especially when I pull a couple from several years ago for comparison. I'm sure it's just my taste in knives and others think just the opposite. Of course, my wife bought me subscriptions to both for Christmas, so it's now a moot point for me.

i used to get blade then got bored with it same stuff difrent day when your starting out theres lots of good info for you but after you read a fue years worth and get a fu books and spend 10 years aplying what youve lerned it just came up for renual and i didnt bother to pay thay havent had an artical that i could aply (or that i wasnt alredy) in a long time hell i get more inspired looking around on the forums than the mags and articals about how well a knife holds an edge are only good if your looking to buy a knife and well i cant aford to buy knives so it holds little interest
