I'm in trouble.
I should have mowed yesterday. Instead, I spent the whole day and then some at my new hobby. Now, we have T-Storms. Even if it stops raining now it would take a couple days to dry out, the lawn will be twice as high, and it's back to work (from vacation) on Monday. Oh well, back to the workshop... Get used to it, honey (just kidding if you see this).

missed your chance
i wait 'til the grass is about knee high. then, after a couple of days worth of sun (as if that would happen around here) i get out the weedwhacker an take it down to the dirt. usually kills it for the rest of the summer

If I did that I would be in real trouble!
Why is it even when you live in the country you have to have a manicured lawn? I tried to convince her that my barn/workshop was synonymous with doghouse. Didn't work. She's too smart.
