the sand blasting cabinet/ rubbermaid container was the best. i just finished making mine but its sure noisy.

LOL, that is great Don! I have since upgraded a little bit to the $79.95 HF special but it's not all that much better. The stupid rubber gloves with hose clamps won't stay on the flanges of the arm openings so I end up with basically the same thing as the Rubbermaid container except for a slightly better gun. There must be a better way.....

Thanks Yendor! That makes my day. Believe me, I would love to do another video. I cannot emphasize enough just how much fun it was. I'm waiting a little bit for the creative well to fill up with material though....I have access now to some high end equipment and another talented camera person along with full use of the local cable community access editing facilities. So a future project could be even better done and maybe on DVD too.

there is a better way. contact youre local snap on man he will hook you up.(you said better not cheaper). by the way i see you ordered a knife from steve skiff. its a warncliffe blade isnt it?

hes building it as i speak, i saw the wood he used(stabilized double dyed box elder burl) i work with steve(hes my boss actually) hes also mentoring me. i think hes gettin youre knife ready for the show in june. if i can get him out of the shop and in this forum (i dont think hes ever been in here) maybe he would enjoy it.
