Arkansas Toothpick

I am looking for information regarding a knife made in Germany either by or for F.A. Bower Imp. Co.It is stamped Solingen Made in Germany on one side. The other side is stamped Arkansas Toothpick.

You might have more luck in Bernard Levine's forum. They are more geared toward production knives.
