Paul, dear friend---------As usual---your sheaths are works of art! Can't help but notice that you, I, and Chuck all have sheaths going to Canada the past few days. Sandy

Paul, you say the "usual" W&C leather. What colors and weights do you order? Trav

I have to say that is a beautiful sheath. I have been looking for some of those studs like the one you used to secure the strap on yours, if you don't mind could you tell me where I can get them? I think they look so much better on the sheaths that a regular snap and I want to put them on some sheaths I have half made.

Thanks
David

Trav, sorry for the delay in answering you. I buy four colors, Russet (natural), chestnut, brown and black, I buy the skirting utility grade and have them split it for me free of charge into 7/8 oz. and 2/3 oz. at a ratio of about 4 or five 7/8 to one 2/3. I also keep an 8/10 side in each of the colors just incase I need a little bit of heavier leather.

Paul

That is absolutely correct, Terry and the Tandy/LF stock number is 1309-02 and they call them "Sam Browne Button/Washer"
