ABS Arkansas Custom Knife Show Little Rock Pics #1

Having a great time in Little Rock at the ABS sponsored Arkansas Custom Knife Show. If you like forged knives this is a must see show for your bucket list. Just a few pics, more to come:

Me (Tony Zanussi and my knife teacher Lyle Schow, who is holding one of his Bowies.

Lyle Schow's Best Bowie Award Branson Hammer-In Sep 3013.

Journeyman Smith Karl Anderson, take-down knife master/specialist.

Master Smith John Perry holding an unfinished replica of a Civil War folding Bowie. He has many hours into it and is quite the challenge he said.

Original picture of folding Bowie in the Bowie book.

Master Smith Brion Tomberlin with the 2014 ABS Master Smith Knife-Of-The-Year Bowie for the auction at Blade Show 2014.

Closer (dark) pic of above Bowie by MS Tomberlin. Beautiful Bowie with awesome stag.

Journeyman Smith Michael Ruth, Sr. with gorgeous amber stag handled Bowie.

Journeyman Smith Brian Thie with a beautifully engraved Bowie featured in Blade magazine.

JS Brian Thie Bowie pic close-up.

The famous Master Smith Jerry Lairson, Sr. with a pristine flame-etched Bowie.

Flame-etched Bowie up close. Flames also on guard and butt cap.

MS Lairson Khukri. Very nice!

MS Lairson silver wire inlay on competition knife. Jerry is a great teacher of silver wire inlay.

These are some great knives by great guys and all love to instruct and further the art of the hand forged blade. Sorry all the pics are not of the best quality. Please check back for more.
