Are SOG Knives nice?
Hi guys, great forum you have here. Lots of useful information.
My husbands birthday is coming up soon (end of the month) and he's been hinting at a nice knife. I found some really nice looking knives made by SOG, over at the site http://www.medfordtools.com/sog (It was bookmarked in his favorites section hahaha!) My question is... Does anybody own a SOG knife? If so, what do you think of them? Any suggestions on a different brand? Im pretty unfamiliar with this sort of stuff, so Im looking for some useful advice. Thanks a bunch, Salome |

Salome, Well? What did you find? Anything interesting? Got any questions? Any questions you have will probably be answered by the maker right here on this forum. Don't be shy. Everyone here loves to talk knives. My favorite knife to visit over there is the Mike McRea Searles Bowie.
.....but Alex prolly got it all scratched up playin sandbar fight at night when he thinks no one is watchin' |

Yeah SOG is a really good Production Knife. My Friend has had an old Folder at his Knife Shop for 2-3 years now. Quite expensive though. Jet edge Blade...
I try to stay with Custom Knives myself though. I'm pretty tempted to try and make a trade for a old 1960's Puma White Hunter a Fella has though... __________________ It aint braggin if you back it up... |
