Anyone know?
I have these knives that I bought at an estate sale in Michigan
just over 11 yrs ago. The handle is 5" long with an Ivory colored, plastic type material, 3 1/2" between brass ends. The blade is 3&3/4"long, and has " SULINGEN, STAINLESS 440 " on one side and "BEAR HUNTER LB-5 " on the other. It~s built just like the Buck 110. The blade also seems to hold a nice sharp edge. Just wondering if anybody can tell me something about these knives. LTS Last edited by deserthawke; 01-18-2004 at 06:32 PM. |

It's most likely Solingen. Which is the big cutlery center in Germany.
It does sound like you have a factory knife however, so I don't know if anyone will be able to help you here. You may want to try bladeforums for factory stuff __________________ Jerry Oksman ~ Cogito Cogito Ergo Cogito Sum ~ |
