Thanks, the buyer of this piece is a freind and I tried very hard to come up with somthing unique for him. It was personalized a bit in the sense that there is a space in the handle that holds a small amount of his hair and blood ( I felt that this was the best way to bind this knife to the owner, there is also a bindrune inscribed on the bottom of the fire agate in the butt of the handle that represents his given name). I don't neccessarily agree with the beliefs that this piece follows (in that I don't subscibe to this specific belief system myself) but that is not my place to say (we are all free to take our own path(hopefully that path is self transcending and eventually leads to some form of higher conciousness or spiritual elevation)), but if he chose me to make it I felt it my duty to do the best I could to create something that he felt connected with, and proud of. I have to say that I am quite proud that he selected me from the various people he could have to create this for him.
Wow, I guess I really went off on a relativly bizarre tangent there, sorry to anyone who now thinks I am a bit strange.

I like those kinds of projects because they are often much more personal than most blades.
...and you know they want it for themselves... no mere investment pieces here!
Hope you had fun.
