Your best bet is probably to look on eBay. Here's a link to some of the current auctions for dewars. I'm not sure if these particular ones would fit the bill for you.

1.9L dewar with aluminum housing.

If you want another option for cold hardening steel take a look at my webpage . It has some great info on using dry ice to increase wear resistance nearly 100%.
