Knife Auction is THIS Weekend. I'm excited to see how they sell. It's a great chance to get a knife without having to go on Steve's 10 year waiting list should be a great event. Love the county fair.

I hope it's a success. Our county fair is one of the best in Utah and if we can support it a bit through our knives, that will be great! John will make it even more fun, with his auctioning talents!

Thank you, everyone, for your support on this project! All knives will be on display, at the County Fair Exhibition Building, starting later today until the auction tomorrow. Remember that call-in bids will be accepted at this number: 435-609-9741. We will report on the success of the auction as soon as we get the figures.
Thanks again,
Steve

Well, the auction was a great success. Every knife sold and many for retail, I believe, or even higher. Couldn't be more pleased with the turnout, the auctioneer, John Bair, and the results. Thank you to everyone involved! I'll report the final results, money-wise, when they are available.

The auction was AWESOME. It was so fun to sell all those knives and have so many people show up to support the fair. What an honor to have so many makers there to represent the great knife making heritage of Central Utah and Sanpete County. I'm very greatfull to have had the chance to be part of such a great event. Thanks to everyone that took part. John

Thank you Steve! The auction was a real success and the croud was so high spirited. Our auctioneer also made the event a real "blow out." Having the County Royalty ( Queen and her attendants ) display the knives was a real treat.

Best wishes, Larry Peterson

Looks like the total brought in was $6200.00. Which includes the 3-4 factory knives donated and sold, also.
Great job, guys. The Fair Board will put it to good use, I'm sure.
Thanks for all your work and talent, expense, time........! The Fair
Board also asked me to thank you and all who participated, too!
