Cherry 1095 Upswept Skinner

Here's a an Up swept Skinner I made in the last few days. This one has some of Kevin's (Woodman) beautiful Cherry Crotch scales on it. First time, I have ever done this particular profile.The Overall length is 9 5/8"....Handle is 5"...Hope y'all like it....Thanks for looking!!

Frank, Nice lookin skinner I like the style. I'm really surprized it does not have a patina on the blade. I like the antique look you put on your knives. Keep up the good work.

I had to look twice to make sure that was you Frank. That finish is definately different from the usual mustard finish. Although I am not much on mirror finishes, (too easy to mess the finish up).
I like this one though Frank!!

With every custom knife I build I try to accomplish three things. I want that knife to look so good you just have to pick it up, feel so good in your hand you can't wait to try it, and once you use it, you never want to put it down !
If I capture those three factors in each knife I build, I am assured the knife will become a piece that is used and treasured by its owner!
