Some more winners, Monte.
Interesting background. It appears to have a punch dot texture.
I dont think I have seen this before combined with etching.
You continue to amaze me. Best, John.

Another beautiful job. I think John is reluctent to ask....How do you get the dots in the back ground? Are the etched?
Thanks for the showing.....

Friends Curtis, John and Jim:

Thanks for the words.

A consultation on how the fund is made up of engraving. Already some time ago that I do this type of fund, which creates a nice contrast and enhances the "strong water."

I make this fund, with a very fine cutter tungsten carbide. After engraving the acid, use of a cutter diameter of 0.03 or 0.04. Granet I rise with the fund.
I show some photos of other engraved using this technique.

a big hug

Antonio

Antonio, thanks for explaining that technique.
I guess I forgot that you had shown it before, thanks for the pictures.
You do an amazing job of maintaining an equal depth of the dots.

And Jim, you are correct.
Antonio is so good about sharing his techniques that I was reluctant to ask.

Best to you, John.
