ABS school

I'm going to the abs school on the introduction to bladesmithing. Has anyone else been to this? If so what can I expect? Any tips from those that had been there on what to bring? I'll be going in april, the courses will be taught by micheal connor and harvey dean.

That's a couple of good instructors you got Jimmy.

You can expect to learn a lot. You can expect to be able to make a blade that would pass the ABS Journeymans performance test.

I can't really think of anything you need to take along other than money for food. The school has everything you need for the classes.

Where you staying? Best Western? The Bunkhouse?

I'm staying at the bunkhouse. I saw harvey dean at the hammer in at johnny stout's place last fall. I know micheal connor from my childhood, so I'm pretty excited to see them both again.
