two Hunters finished

Had a guy order two of my "Hunter" models a couple months ago. He is buying these for two of his friends. I don't have friends that buy such gifts for me!
Both are 1/8" 1095 with brass hardware and black fiber spacers. One is quilted Cherry the other is Padauk. Just finished the sheaths today.

Dave I believe it is Fiebings medium brown...which is actually pretty dark.
Another coat would smooth out the variable finish. I kind of like leaving it just a little "splotchy" as I feel it gives it a worn kind of look. These are some of the best looking sheaths I've made according to Mrs. Goater. I've about gotten this sheath design down pat.

I'll check and confirm when I get home tonight that this is indeed, Fiebings Medium Brown. If not I'll post a correction.

that's great I actually just ordered medium brown the other day. I was wondering cause they have brown, light brown, med brown, heavy brown....there are so many browns its had to guess what it will look like before hand, I also like the blotchy look more than a even coat
